The 12-unit apartment building on the corner of Matagalpa Street is designed to foster community life and the well-being of its residents, promoting social interaction and shared use of spaces, so that residents can enjoy a dynamic and enriching environment that strengthens community ties.
The building's design is characterized by its functional layout, which incorporates a central courtyard and a rooftop terrace, elements that are key to creating a habitable and socially active environment.
Creating Community Spaces: The central courtyard acts as a hub for interaction, where residents can participate in social activities, cultivate gardens, or simply relax outdoors. This open space becomes a meeting place, strengthening relationships among neighbors.
Rooftop Utilization: The building's rooftop will be designed as a community space that can host various activities, such as meetings, social events, or relaxation areas. This approach allows residents to enjoy panoramic views of the city and fosters a sense of belonging and community.
Efficient and Functional Design: Each apartment is designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, creating comfortable and healthy environments for residents. The efficient design not only contributes to comfort but also supports sustainable practices by reducing energy consumption.
