Casalta seeks to become an urban hub for regeneration, promoting an environment in which residents can find an identity and community cohesion that contributes to their quality of life. This project is part of an area that, although close to the city, has experienced isolation and lag in its urban and social development. The aim is to provide Casalta with accessible and well-connected residential spaces, which in turn act as a catalyst for the area and offer a new opportunity to redefine community life.

Each of the homes in Casalta has been designed to be functional, efficient and adaptable to family needs, while the complex becomes a model for the creation of inclusive, productive and sustainable cities. The proposal allows for the appropriation of public spaces, encouraging an orderly and socially integrated growth of the colony. Thus, it is committed to a regeneration strategy that not only improves living conditions, but also involves environmental, urban and economic aspects in order to raise the quality of life of its residents.
